What would be the best driver for two CXA 3590's? I saw a recommendation for HGL-185C-1050A/B . I am looking for a driver or pair of drivers to take advantage of these at the 150w capacity.

That driver will only give you half the current you need for 75W from each COB.

The HLG-185H-42 would give (max) 2.2 amps to a pair of 36V (nominal) COBs wired in parallel but Cree does not recommend doing that. If all current flows to one COB it would likely die.

A better solution might be the HLG-240H-C2100 so the COBs are in series but you'll be under utilizing the capacity of the 250W driver.

You'll want good passive heat sinks at 50W. I bought some ModuLED Giga (radials) but haven't assembled anything yet.
