Daisy chain timer for Mars Hydro

Hello, I have several Mars Hydro TSL2000 lights that I am daisy chaining together to control the light cycle. I was hoping to use a Trolmaster Hydro-x (with they Type-F light controller) but it won't work on these lights for some reason (works fine on the mammoth 10bars). I don't care a ton about they dimming but does anyone know a good timer that works well with the Mars Hyrdo dimmers (using the RJ jacks)?
