The bed frame was left by previous renters in the shed , straighten it out bolt it together, then screw 2x4 blocks to studs for bar to sit on, i also secured the bar to 2x4 with that metal strip stuff that has holes in it, just to make sure bar doesnt move any, its holding up the growblu 180x3 and the mars 1200 so it works pretty well cuz that's probably like 75lbs of leds
