Ya might be just taking its time. How’s your environment, ph, nutes, etc? Have you gone in your flower room with lights off let your eyes adjust and make sure you have no light leaks?
Any one of these could effect flowering time and there for how long to show sex.

I'd say they just weren't sexually mature at flip and they're comming to that while stretching along. Count 2 weeks more for flowering time in.
