Give these guys a run down on what ya got going.
Lights ?
Soil, Coco ?
Watering practices ?
PH ?
PPM's ?
What your feeding and how often ?

Give them as much info as you can and they will nail it down.

Also whole plant pics in natural light if possible - I possibly see insect damage ? Scope for mites

well it’s possible that it hermied,,

I'm still a noob so take this with a grain of salt but:
the plant/leaf looks healthy, and that should be your main concern. You may have grown the strain before but that doesn't mean it's going to grow the exact same every time. There is a bunch of flower sites they just need more time to mature and swell. Did you veg them with the hps as well? From what I've gathered hps is great for flower but a little lacking in blue for veg. Perhaps you could get better node spacing if you veg with something else? Anyway, huge buds are nice but quality is more important just keep it healthy and let it do it's thing.

Oh also I forgot to mention (and I'm sure you know this but just in case) Those bulbs degrade over time so depending on how old it is / how much it's been used that could potentially be a issue too? Just a thought. If it is a older bulb you might want to replace it or try slowly working the light closer to the plants if that's even an option. How far away is the light now?
