Day 52 Flower help. Revegging?

I have a bag seed and I am not getting the bud production I hoped for. It seems like it is revegging. It started to make big buds then it started growing single fan leaves.

My PPM is 3300, PH 6.0, and it is in DWC. I lowered my nitrogen and fed it bloom nutrients along with Florabloom and Floragrow. I use 5ml al mag per gallon. At times I am a little humid so I bought a vent fan and I average 60 humidity and 81f temp.

yes way too high of PPM's. Look for a light leak causing the reveg!

I flushed it and it is down to 992 PPM. The light is a Viparspectra v600. 8 inches away because I ran out of room.
