Days are longer than dark

Hi all wondering when you plant outside? My days here are longer but a few minutes getting longer every day. No chance of frost here. Wondering when you all plant.

I don't grow outside very often, but when I do I try to have plants ready to go outside 4 to 6 weeks before the summer solstice.

By next week it will be 7 minutes longer and a minute longer every day
