De foliating during flowering stage

Hey guys my babys are in their fourth week of flower and i was wondering if it was is ok to defoliate during flowering or will it just mess my girls up? Pls help thank you in advance

I always do 2 defoliations in flower. One at 3 weeks and 1 when I start flushing.

When you defoliate remember what you take off wont grow back during flower. Take bigger fan leaves or purple old stem leaves off.

Yup. In my first flower defoliation, I remove anything that I know won't produce decent bud. With scrog this is easy, everything below the net must go!
