I just picked up this microscope on Amazon for $23:

It connects to your cellphone via a wireless connection for viewing. You can capture images/video in app or just images on the microscope it's self and zoom in/out via both as well.
I find attaching the microscope to a tripod of sorts works best for taking images as it creates a stable view. This doesn't come with a stand.
Anyways, if anyone is looking for a solid little scope, this one is cheap and works really well.
