OK so i had my 5 gallon buckets ready for my dwc setup but then started seeing all these cool recirculating ones and it looks pretty simple to add to it. my only question is, how big of inline pump do i need to fed 3 5 gallon buckets or can i use my submersible and just run it out the top of the res?

I used a small submersible that pumps water from the research, thru 1/4 inch lines into the top of the buckets and used 2 inch pvc for return, worked well.

Try to stay away from submersibles they create warmer water :)

The submersible pump is working pretty good so far. Have been keeping an eye on water temps with no significant rise so far. Have the res outside of my tent so that's probably helping with it. Picked up few clones from a guy yesterday so should be well on my way once they get a little bigger.
