Def. or Color change?

I'm seeing this reddish veining and blotchy red to deep purple spots on the leaves just on the lower buds right now, and was wondering if it's deficiency related or if it's just a normal color change, or something else? Thanks for any input.

1000w HPS and 600w MH
Daytime temp 60F
Nighttime temp 40F
RH 80%
PH 5.4
7g smartpot
Soil - Peat/perlite/local forest humus
No nutrients provided

Note: I am fully aware these are not ideal growing conditions, this is a breeding project for a particular outside environment.

Looks like it s changing colors to me. If the leaves are turning purple(which I see in the picture) it's usually changing colors. If it was just the stems I would have said def.

This is the way I was leaning, but none of my plants has ever shown any color, albeit some with severe deficiency (moly)have, but not like this. So I was baffled. :thinking

judging by your temps i would say color change.
