Deficiency? Any Ideas

been away due to work and come back noticed leafs turning colour changed feed out but wondering what deficiency it is as I think it’s calcium but may be wrong , any input would help thanks

More info. Better with pic of whole plant. Where did that come off of. Bottom? Middle? Top? Could be several different deficiencies/ abundances/ critters/ fungus/ etc.

The leaves were dotted around the plant. Some middle, bottom and outter leaves. Also picked all off, half a dozen on each plant.

Thanks I’ll look into it I’ve changed out the water and put fresh nutes in removed all leaves so keep an eye on rest of leaves see if anything helps
