Deficiency, excess or lockout?

It's NL auto in greenhouse ~5weeks in flower. Im just watering her every other day with pond water and weekly SST with water filled with banana peels.
But few weeks back the water that my neighbor hood gets for gardening got a lot worse.

Needs a bit more P/K, ,but not a lot due to it being an auto.
