This is a 30 day old og kush auto. Found brown spots on a couple leaves. Indoor, soil, fox farm grow big, big bloom for veg tiger bloom for flower. Ph is always around 6.5 when I mix. Checked runoff the other day 6.3. This is new to me. Is it nute burn, light too close 18” , I thought potassium deficiency one guy said don’t worry too much about it it looks fine possibly pushing nutes to the max. She’s sleeping in the pictures when the lights come on it perks up very nicely. Under 1 300w and 1 1200w led light. Feeding Fox farm grow big and using root farm base nutrients. I was feeding half the recommendation on the nutrient bottle and the feeding about a week ago was the full 15ml of grow big and 10ml of root farm base in 4l of water. I always ph my mix and ph my straight water to around 6.3. Temperature in the tent reaches 82-85deg with lights on I recently moved them up some more temp stays around 75 lights on 68-73 lights off, humidity stays around 45-50. Remember this is a first timer thanks for your help. Oh and I since used straight Ph water for 2 waterings. I make sure my pots lite between waterings

I’m really thinking it’s wind burn from my fan I readjust it to blow way less on the plant. Going to see how that works. Would still like to hear other opinions

This was this morning about 5 mins before light shuts off. It’s always droopy at this time. Usually perky.

She looks like she was healthy up till recently, a little dark green maybe, and the new growth looks a little off

I don't think it's a deficiency, your soil looks dry, possibly under-watered? I'd like to know the PPM of your tap water and how often you are watering and what volume of water you're normally using to water, and are you watering to runoff?

I'd also recommend you either do a slurry test or at the very least catch some runoff and post its pH and PPM

Also I want to ask about these spots, what are they?

Have you sprayed or spilled anything, is it perlite dust Etc? Will any of it wipe or wash off?

I don’t have a Ppm meter I need to get one. I water until run off when the pots are light 3-5 days apart. My run off last watering was 6.4. I’m not sure on the white spot I was misting the plants with Ph water everyday but recently stopped. Prob close to 1 litre a plant every watering. I’m new to growing so I’m trying to learn as much as I can. As for the new growth possibly seeing pre flowers where it’s an auto.

In general I think your plant looks pretty good

Recommend seeing if those smaller white dots wash off? If not get a magnifier and look underneath all your leaves particularly the ones that have the spots for anything moving or anything that looks like a tiny egg; not saying it, is just saying you might want to be aware of it

Spend the $10 asap for a PPM meter, I use mine 10 to 1 over the pH meter

Some are going to disagree but next watering I would flush that plant with plain pH water, using about twice the volume you normally use;

Your plant looks dry to me and I think it needs a flush to help 'reset' it, and when you get your pH meter post up your results also some close-ups of the new growth wouldn't hurt either, always watch the new growth

Thanks man. I just ordered a Ppm meter and yesterday was my second flush of just ph water. Be a week or so for the meter but I will post the results.

Great purchase it will make a big difference now and down the road!

Where you just flushed I wouldn't flush a second time right now but I would want to know the PPM of what you're feeding, & are you feeding according to some feeding schedule? If so feed at about half recommended strength, not full strength it's always too strong of a recommendation

Close up of the new growth just to make sure it's looking ok wouldn't hurt in the in the meantime

Just nutes every other watering. Ph water the next. I’ll have to do some reading on the ppm meter don’t know anything about them or what the numbers should be. Do you have any good resources. I will post a pic of the new growth when the lights come on.

Does it look a little thin and twisted to you compared to how it was before?

The twisting does but I’m wondering if that was the fact I had my 6” fan blowing on it like a damn windstorm the. I stumbled upon this article https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/wind-burn and it seems to match everything I’m experiencing but like I say I’m new to this so your help has been greatly appreciated.

That could be it, because I did notice the abnormal growth but since you've moved the fan just keep an eye on it and check to see if the brand new growth looks like it's back to normal?

Edit: next time you water save some runoff and check the pH and post it

Do you leave you plants sitting in the RO in the trays under them . If so not good for there drainage also if you can get your pots or bags up off the tent floor creat a air gap under them get pot risers to sit pot or bag on in your drip trays dryer warmer roots makes for a healthy plant regards OD .

I do but I empty my runoff out and set pot back on tray. What about pot elevator or bag? What’s the bag

My run off last watering was ph 6.2 going in and 6.1 going out. I’m not sure how to check the Ppm runoff maybe you can give me a little insight on it. My ppm in my last feeding I checked was 913ppm and my base tap water is 143ppm. I’m Just not sure how to check the runoff ppm and interpret it. The plant is doing great and I’m now watching it closer for under watering.

Your plants look great don't change anything! LOL You read the run off the same way you read pH just stick the meter in it
