What's your relative humidity and temperature?... you can lock out your calcium and other nutrients, if your humidity and temperature are not correct.

Also wondering a few things about cloning the plant in profile picture I'm going to take a couple clones and keep one for a mother plant before I flower it

Buy a $10 Temp/Humidity display.
You need to know the environment.
Rapid Rooters after a dip in full strength Dip n Grow gets me rooted cuts.

Pictures will get the advise flowing.
I'm thinking a foliar Ca feed might be needed, but who knows.

If that profile pic is the plant in question, she doesn't look too bad at all.

Yes that is the same plant a little older picture. Thanks for the advice . When I get home I'll post one of the few leaves with issue.

If your temps are at 70, then your humidity should be 60 to 65%... hopefully it's not 30% or less... If so, you might consider a humidifier or fogger.

We've got forced hot air also. Very well could be low humidity. Will low humidity lock out nutrients?

No... high humidity will stop water flow (and nutrient flow), from the roots to the leaves. High humidity will also cause water droplets to form on the edges of the leaves.

Low humidity will cause leaf curling to minimize water loss, and the stomata will close which will inhibit CO2 and stunt the growth... leaves will be crispy.

I would say that it is a magnesium deficiency... Starting at the bottom and moving upward, correct?... Starts off with yellowing between the veins and then rusty spots appear.
I would drop your pH to 6.5, and add magnesium...
See what @Seamaiden says.

It sounds like calcium then... They look very similar, but present themselves in different areas of the plant.

Still though, wait for confirmation.
