You'd be facing a felony with intent to deliver if caught. By law your only allowed to distribute to those who your a caretaker for, 5 peeps max.

There are 4 dispensarys with in walking distance from my front door. A few of them have been open for 4+ years without a problem. Whats the difference?

Do what you want no one is stopping you... A lawyer would tell you not to do it. Plus dont forget the most important thing - your life. Ppl target those delivery services. They kill pizza delivery boys for 20 dollars dont you think you would be targeted? Is risk worth the reward?

The cities are going beyond the state and calling them "clubs" google it and read the OH so obvious laws and don't be lazy and so stupid about these threads. The state needs to get off their asses and allow a patient-to-patient act and club/farmers market bill so CG/Farmers have access to their meds . Cause right now we have a wild west!

THE LAW states NO PATIENT TO PATIENT . YOU MUST BE THEIR Caregiver OR YOUR OWN. Do not let any person or CAREGIVER OR CLUB sell you their med's who isn't your CG and Lie to you just so they can ether be Bullshitting themselves or a to become a Drugdealer.

After the state changed the law, you cannot sell none but your own or your patients. Simple as that. READ THE LAWS AND court. DUMB FUCKS
