No. You didn't. It's hard to diagnose what's wrong from just a picture. So information about the growing conditions is necessary. There's a description of what's needed in the link shared by TSB, above.

She’s not getting enough water. When you water those pots, you must do so slowly or it just creates a trench and runs straight through the soil. Watering only in the root zone helps. A circle on the inside perimeter of the pot. This way you are not pouring your water beneath the root ball, allowing the plant to drown. Two basic reasons a plant claws, not enough water and nitrogen toxicity which I don’t believe you have as you say you are not feeding. The lady be thirsty!

While I’ll admit that it looks to be, the pic is bad at best and are you sure it’s not had some liquid dropped on it or even it’s own perspiration? The one time I got that chit it did come up in round white circles

another reason for the plant looking sad as you said doesn’t seem over watered etc..
i’m guessing the medium is infested with the mildew and creeping up the plant from the bottom and it’s staying out of light areas, hiding in the shade..

i just watered it today and it started looking like that…maybe i should let the soil dry all completely out and not rely on the weigh test for a couple weeks?

does the fabric bag have something that allows air flow underneath?

also how do you determine how much water to give a plant? like how much water does a 5 gallon pot supposed to get?
