I kicked methadone 3 times in jail cold turkey, i was on 100mcg of fentanyl for 11 years + demeral but got cut off bc dr died in middle of opiod epidemic, now im on 16mg of subutex a day + 3 2mg xanax + 2 10 mg vallium bc i have rsds/ crps witch is the most painful shit u can have par none even delivering a baby alone with nothing for pain look it up, right now im ok but still in allot of pain and bc of opioid epidemic cant get proper meds, a very heavy indica does wonders for pain and if i could not smoke probably could not function, 400mg of methadone is a monster gorrilla on your back and it's not even real methadone it's now called methadose, 400+mg of dolphene would kill you, they fucked with the formula and took out the pain killing part of methadone so it's now called methadose and the sky is the limit the most i ever kicked was 180mg, and if you want the sedation you have to take benzos and not only can it kill you they will cut u off and throw u off the program, my advice to u is to find a doctor who prescribes suboxone, your not chained to a clinic and you feel normal! you can have your life back and if i can do it so can you, my doc gives me subutex not suboxone and xanax and vallium bc i am in so much legitimate pain, he even lets me smoke weed but i grow my own bc i refuse to pay 50 bucks an 1/8 at the dispensary it is illegal to cultivate were im at but fuck the state i only grow enough for me and dont sell it, so i guess my advice to you would be get on suboxone and start growing some good indica like purple kush or super glue or sodk, right now im running Skywalker see pics at 41 days, no doctor is going to prescribe you schedule 2 narcotics, so you have a choice, go back on methadose and obay the rules, or go on suboxone and smoke weed, or shoot horse, those are ur options, doctor's dont care if your in pain and will not prescribe so those are pretty much your choices! good luck and God bless, and again if i can get off all illegal opiods so can you!
