Diagnosis help please!! RO water in Rdwc, cal-mag deficiency?

Using RO water as base. Getting yellow veins in leaves. Problem is immobile, indicating secondary nutrient issue. I have added cal-mag and my micro contains cal,mag and secondaries. Problem is as I increase cal mag my ec gets high where I can't get a decent amount of primary nutes in. Little help please.
