Did i defoliate enough. Week 4 flower

Can anyone tell me if I removed too much week 4 flower day 30? This is my first grow and want to do it right. Note I dimmed the light to get a pic.

Not nessasary, but i dont advise pruning while your plants are in flower, if your gonna prune try and do it while in veg, however it should be ok, i mean you did not do any real damage.

Defoliation is a tricky subject with growers in my opinion you must do it on some plants and it must be done in flower usually around week 3 and not after, nearly all cannabis cup winners defoliate and if done correctly can have great results I understand why people are sceptical and advise against but if you've ever grown the same strain multiple times with and without defoliation you realise that when done correctly has great benefits and the flowers produced are much larger in my opinion.

Looking good man I'd say bang on that my opinion , I let them blow up up the way to week 3 never had any stress reactions some plants like it better than others so hit and miss if new strain I have a friend that never defoliates I am always busy come trim day lol ends up with loads of popcorn
