did i prune too early ?

so here is a update photos of 2 of my plants the one I had the tape around I think is dieing so I did not photo it . I notice on them some tiny white specks im thinking is spider mites ive looked under the leaves and all but don't see anything moving around

but unsure I have been spraying my plants nightly with dish soap and water guess it isn't working

just some more updated pics this is 1 day after I sprayed them with a neem oil fungicide
