Did This Guy Ship Me A Used Bulb?

I'm not sure if this is in the right section, if not please move.

I ordered an hps and mh bulb, and they came in today. The hps is fine, but the mh loks used to me. Thought I'd post some pics here before contacting the seller.

Could have been test fired at the warehouse.

But does look as though as it has been struck.

mh lamps almost always look like this new,the chemicals inside will kinda clear up as you break the bulb in.but yeah i would assume they were tested at the factory before they box them up.usually when they are old it will have more of a black color in there
