I got a question for the experts with dimmable ballasts and superlumens settings on electronic ballasts, namely the new lumatek dimmables. I can tell that when i dim the bulb the spectrum seems to shift red.. Is this correct? Also if I am using the superlumens setting (110% output), what effect does this have on the spectrum (shifting it blue correct?) and how and when (what week) could this be put to use to best effect?
Im sure that I will most likely keep my 600's at the 100% setting, but perhaps there is something to be gained here?
