First off Hi to all. Me personally been smoking this lovely plant and procuring it over thirty years, I have been growing off and on for ten years. I have been holding a medical card for three years now. I generally grow in my backyard. So I will be here to listen learn and hopefully give some advice at times. I alos love to put on root porn and bud porn. Currently I have a Stinkbud cloner and vegger that I use in conjunction with a supersoil mix in smartpots. I also have prepped my holes in the grouund for this year. Thanks for having me.

Welcome dirrtyd,
Are you in the SF Bay Area? Meetoo. You got pix of that plant? Sounds like you found a winner if you've been smokin it for 30 years.

Been doing a sats in my front yard for the last few years. I'm going to try out the smartpots this year. What has been your experience with them.--Trinity.

Yes in the bay area. I said procuring it for thirty years meaning buying it. The smaqrtpots I just started using so no known advantages yet. In reading it says the root mass will get bigger.

i have been using smart pots for 3+ years...definately the way to go if doing soil grow. The air to the root zone really makes for some stalks on the plants. The roots are ablwe to grow through the sides of thepot becasue its fabric. once the oxygen hits the ruts it air prunes them off and a new root growth starts, as opposed to a plastic pot where roots hit the side walls and twist and tangle themselves eventualyl "choking" themselves off. Smart pots are the way to go...we used to by the 50 gallon smart pots and plant 3 plants per, this almost made it seem like the root zones all formed one "super" plant. The trees that came from the "buddy bags" as we called em were huge...vertical setup we got 1.5+per light.

Welcome to the farm dirrtyd! I just moved away from the bay.....still kind of sad about that. I miss BART and just how diverse SF is, and all the gunshots at night in Oakland.
