Haha...High note.

I am sorry to hear about your issues, I have been there before. I know you have a lot of karma coming your way so keep your head up, your thoughts positive, and I can assure you good things will be happening for you soon. Although times may seems tough now, those times will pass and one way or another you will come out on top in the end. I too am not growing now, in fact its been 2 years since I have grown Cannabis (I still have my veggie garden) due to circumstances. I am still here and actually earning a new bachelors degree, so things in my life are far from bad even though things are not even close to how I had imagined them. I am sure you will find your way through these tough times, and remember don't hesitate to ask for help, otherwise it will never come.

Just a thought, have you considered turning your Cannabis garden into a veggie garden? There is a possible source of income for you, and you wouldn't even need to make any changes to your gardening space.

Thank you bro, Ive tried paying the bills with passion and karma for years, landlords just wont accept it, lol. If I can find a place too set up my gear Im going balls too the wall with mushrooms. I can grow 10-20lbs of cubensis, and maybe 5lbs of pans in the same time it would take me too set up veg and flip a single cannabis grow. I can get $3500 a lb without blinking, now imagine some dirty little hippy pushing lbs for 1500-2000$ hehehe. Its the old take your customers from me the way I took them from you. Ive got no overhead, its me myself and I. Now the question is what part of the country should I scoot too. I love Cali but fucking FUCK rent is high.

Without something growing my head becomes so convoluted. Its like my medicine. West is where Im headed, Im thinking Oregon or Washington, I wanted Cali but I just dont think there is a place in the whole state I could afford.......Any places you think I may be overlooking?

Hehehe, yep your stumblin the right direction for sure. Get your G2G down youll be golden. Ive got my next set up all planned, 48 15 gallon tubs 3 grain jars per tub, one flip per tub. Going unconventional 1/2" of straw/compost/coir substrate. Mushies wreck the sub so I cant go more than one round which keeps me on edge but when I tried 1"+ sub everything grew so big it still ripped up the sub. So Ive just said fuck it and shoot for one strong flush then toss it. Keeps things at full tilt boogie all the time when Im growing.

I'm with you on the need to grow something. Lost my crop to the heat and don't know what to do with myself. CA is expensive in the big cities and along the coast but there are plenty of affordable places. Up north Redding is affordable and down south you can always get a good deal in the Temecula/Hemet area. Best part about so-cal is you can surf (in my case body surf) in the morning and either ski or hit the desert off roading in the afternoon.
Good luck in your search

bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbBoomers!

G-2-G makes it all happen....and exponentially. Fun stuff.

NM is the only state where growin shrooms is legal...but it's for personal only...so..um...prolly makes no diff in this instance if yer talking about movin lbs/etc.

Haven't tripped since I lost my son.....and am not sure I ever will again. Just a scary thought as to what could surface with the guard/psyche's itself so far down.

like weed, they sure are interesting/fun to grow though.....no doubt.

good luck on the relocation scenario, DWB.

There are lots of cheaper places in cali. Fresno is one of them. They are relaxed on personal cultivation as well.

LA and San Fran are among the most expensive places to live in cali. You need to look outside of the city. Check zillow.com and you can see rent rates in different neighborhoods. You woudl proably fit right in up in northern cali. Willits, Grass Valley, ... look around.

And keep your fuckin head up man. Life is a roller coaster.

Where did you find the tek for those baskets man? I've never seen anyone grow cubes that way. Your layering is interesting, I usually just do coir for tubs. Is it hard to keep up with with all those holes in the sides of the baskets? I feel like your substrate will dry out super fast, and contaminates are more of an issue that way... Unless you're growing something besides cubes.
