Has anyone heard of this product and WTF? I could've sworn CBD was just as Schedule 1 as THC is. If that is true, how can this product be "legal?" Can someone clarify this for me? Cuz I get asked about this product a LOT on my cancer boards. Most folks there know I'm heavily using forms of cannabis as part of my treatment and, mostly the folks in no-legal states really want to know about Dixie X. Can anyone tell me what their gig is? Scam or real?

The short answer to your question is CBD was never added to the list of controlled substances. Therefore, CBD is legal in all 50 States.

I had to laugh the other day when this Dixie CBD stuff was the only CBD product I could find in any dispensary in town.... I went to a dispensary to buy something I could have bought anywhere.... weird.
