Diy Headlight Led's?

Hey how is everyone this morning! Hey I wanted to pick everyone's brains on a project! Okay as the title says, what do you all think about the use of headlight led bulbs (if the right spectrum can even be found) used as grow lights? Now days on ebay you can pick up ballast built-in easy install high wattage bulbs really cheap. It looks like for $20-$40 you could pick up 600-940 watts of light and most of this come with a heat sink and little mini fan on them. And with a proper reflector, do you all think this is at all a possible idea or am i just reaching too far for cheap lights? Any thoughts or ideas on this project would be great!

My buddy put an LED light bar on his jeep that will light up a damn football field at night,not sure of spectrum but its powerful as hell!

lol that's what i'm thinking the lumens can get bright lol and i think you can get the headlights in different spectrums ie. warm white, blues and heck i bet you could find reds if you looked hard enough.
