DIY Nutrient Solutions!

heyy, just wondering if anybody here can help me out. im growing in soil & im ready to switch to flower but there isn't much around here this time of year for nutrients. so anyway, a buddy of mine works on a farm and said he can make me up a batch of nutes if i find him a good enough recipe for weed. they have all the elements needed like kn03 & Kh2p04 & whatnot. so anyway, i need a good recipe for flower if anyone could help me out.

or if anyone with some knowledge of chemistry would know if this recipe i have is any good. i had gotten it from a guy on another forum. but i wanna be completly sure before dumping an unknown recipe on my plants. im sure my guy would prob know the difference anyway after reading it but id rather not take chances going into flower.

Part A: KNO3 16g & CaNO3 189g into 1 ltr of water.

Part B: MgSO4 40g, KH2PO4 38g, KNO3 70g,CaNO3 23g

& trace nutrients (iron, copper, zinc, boron, molybdenum, manganese)

this also only goes into 1 ltr of water. 100x concentrated i think he might of said, or i may have just gotten that from another post, lol. i can't remember, ive been reading that much about solutions td.

But if anyone can help me out here it would be muchly appreciated.

yea, im assuming now its a good recipe anyway. the guy who gave me it also is a member here and posted the fatmans guide. so all credits go to squarepusher for the recipe.

have you thought of ordering nutes? when i did soil i used foxfarms nutes. i bought the big gallons. still have quite a bit left. anyway, they worked great for me. i also used ff soil too tho.

yea, i think for my next grow thats what im gonna do unless this recipe works out really well during flower then ill find a good recipe for veg is all. i woulda ordered some for this time around but budget is a lil tight and dont really have to much time to wait as its getting pretty big and bushy.

what would you all recomend for next grow though? veg & flower. i need something thats half decent but not too hefty on the budget. but nothing too crappy either though. i had plant prod ultimate 20/20/20 water soluble stuff for veg and i wouldnt recomend that at all if anyone comes across it. ive had nothing but problems with deficiency from it, even though it says it has everything needed.
