Forgot to post these. Some root porn to check out. They took a little manipulation to get out of old bucket lids but nice healthy root masses. Just some staining, no slime or rot found.

Thank you!!! Just wish they were in a slightly bigger space. But nothing seems to be going according to plan this year. Next round will be new rooms and new year!!!

At 45 days now. A couple lights out pictures since they shut off just as I finished some defoliating on the Tutankhamon.

So I went and did a full reservoir change on 12/8 since I have only been topping up as needed. But I felt like something went out of balance and was definitely due for one. And the plants are happy that I did. I had a 10 gallon top up today. And they seem to be back on track nicely. The Tutankhamon is plugging along in flower now and stacking up well. The N.Lights on the other hand had seemed to hit a wall before the reservoir change. The pics are just after I defoliated. Hopefully the N.Lights will start stretching and flower she is way behind. I did have an issue with the last one I grew in soil as well, never really flowered and the other 2 cultivars finished out, so maybe it could be a bad batch of seeds. Hope not😥

Unfortunately, had what I believe was a P toxicity. I had topped up the Res. and had been working a few install jobs and didn't check in. I went and did a full Res. change just before Christmas. Seem to have straightened back out.
I think that the N. Lights seed was actually a photoperiod. So now I have to contact distributor and seek replacement. If it is an Auto it has been is some weird "lockout". And still not flowering (doubt it).
Sooooo, then when the Tutankhamon is done I will flip to 12/12, raise lights, and add a 2nd net to spread canopy out more.

Just waiting on Tutankhamon to finish up. Hairs are starting to turn and trichomes are getting cloudy. The N. Lights is growing like crazy and have some switching around to do when I harvest the Tutankhamon.

Seems a little bitter sweet, maybe take some cuttings?
I would love to pull clones off her and make a full run of N.Lights. But I'm still to far behind on my Grow rooms, about to start blow-in insulation. If I take cuttings now it may give me just enough time to finish. I would hate to have so many ready and rooms uncompleted though.
I could flower her in basement, but didn't want another 8-9 weeks flowering down there.

Today I'm cutting the Tutankhamon down. She is wayyyy past the 7-8 weeks flower time Pyramid indicated. At 12 now...... I did have a few hiccups through the grow that pushed it back. Hey it was my first Hydro run so mistakes were to be made. Now when rooms are done I can step it up a bit.

She is getting the chop today, the 36hr dark just ended. After that I think it just best to flower the N.L. here and not push deadlines on the rooms, since I'm way past them anyhow LOL.
Too many projects at once so I've neglected the build. But XJ Jeep should be rolling out of barn today, one more project down. YAY!!

You did very well my friend! Finished like a champ!

A lot of guys don't even finish their first run at hydro, much less actually produce usable product!!

Now the fun part starts.....you get to apply all that experience you got to your next project!

Thank you very much!! Had a lot of fun and frustration on this grow. I am glad that I kept notes through it all though now. I tend to get lazy with notes towards end of grows, but forced myself to keep on it this time. LOL

Looking good.

I remember my first attempt at rdwc it was a homemade 4 site 4 gal buckets using uniseals, i bought used. Harvested one plant out of the 4. Had about 14 big colas 12 inchs. 7 oz dry.

Any harvest is a good thing.

I'm not so sure about the Master Blend in RDWC......I think you have to much magnesium possibly. Or you have the beginning signs of root issues.

I used mastermind in my rdwc for a looong time and had no issues. Ive used jacks for a loving time and no issues.
Been through a couple hundred pounds of ferts of each.

Those are some nice yielding Auto's. I haven't grown any out in a while....like years lol. Is that a normal yield now on em?

Where those come from? I flowered out some Tutankhamen around 10-15 years ago it seems like. But reg photoperiod seeds.

I went from soil to rdwc myself and now to coco which I'm converting over to now.

Go with the biggest return line you can put in. My first set up had a 3" return and only once had a clogged pipe with roots. Next system i put in a 2" pipe and always battled roots stopping up the pipes.

Be wary of grey algae. Once you get it its over. Thats why I'm going to coco.

The Tutankhamon I have is Pyramid seeds. This is the first I've ran of this cultivar. The other I have is Kryptonite from them as well. I was very pleased with that one, around 5 oz cured was the yield. As far as this being the norm I cannot say, my cousin in Florida won't grow them since he only pulls a few Oz's per plant. I said I want to harvest a HP from one, he said impossible. So I accepted the challenge HaHa.
