It's August now and I have a new project to get started on. I have put together some build plans for a replica tumbler, specifically 'Polinator P3000.' Considering the real thing costs an easy 1100 EUR, you should be able to put one together for a small fraction of that. The build is easy, everything is readily available except the screen and that can be found online without a problem.
I was thinking of keeping it simple and make it a hand crank tumbler but.... I'm just another lazy stoner haha. So for those who have built a tumbler with similar loads (up to 3000 grams at a time), what kind of motor did you use?
I'm trying to figure out the optimal motor for this tumbler, voltage doesn't matter 12VDC to 120VAC. Just nothing overkill please lol.
cheers
