Do everyone’s plants look like this less than an hour before lights out?

My plants look like shit in the morning like an hour or so before lights out. They also just don’t look amazing right now. I had issues with my water softener water and too much sodium/ iron. Any tips?

It’s normal. They know their dark cycle is coming.

They look hungry. Raise the light a bit until they get back on track.
