Spray them with some water a few times a day. Peace.
I veg 20/4 or 18/6 and 10 minutes before lights come on, I give them a good spray. My climate can be dry, so I do spray sometimes 5 more times. I turn oscillating fans off, then I lift the light as high as I can when I do and after 5 or so minutes, bring it back down. Since I started this, plants have ditched the" humidity in the room is too dry look" and rarely, if ever see plant burns. Doing this gave me the idea that they would be so conditioned to sprays(I spray both sides of the leaves most of time), that mixing in some foliar(nute)sprays would put them in a great position to use them as good as they can. The results have been positive as far as I can tell. Peace.Surely not a good idea with HID bulbs like HPS or MH? Wouldn't spraying the plants cause burns from the water droplets magnifying the light?
40% is ok IMO. Ideally you want it higher but this is the low end of acceptable.
Best wishes for your grow.
