Do I Need To Add Anything To My Old Soil?

I got a soil test back on a bunch of soil I had sitting around from last year. I was thinking I could get by with some bonemeal and kelpmeal, maybe hit it with humics and compost tea and put off another crop with the same stuff. Anyway take a look if you would, I was surprised how much it seemed was left over. Thanks so much for any input.

I'm wondering how your potassium is high. Obviously left in the soil? Good info. Thanks
