Do i need to flush my soil?

I grew some autos & they started flower way to early, I gave them a couple of feedings with flower booster, shortly after that my light gave up so i decided to cut them & start with some photoperiods instead. I'm planning to reuse my soil mixture, Is it necessary to flush out the soil before planting my seeds?

Hello,

When I want to reuse my potting soil, I rinse the substrate with plenty of water with enzymes to remove the nutrient salts. I leave a little time for the enzymes to act. then , I get rid of the dead plant residue.
