Do I Need Ventilation If I Already Got Room Circulation

Hello people do I need ventilation if I got a big fan and a small van in the room for air circulation,I leave my door of the tent open because it gets way to hot in there when shut,especially when I got my 2 HPS 400w lights can't control the temperature I've got a window very close,should I leave it open ,but flus and bugs get in over night because of the light and humidity ...?????

Put a screen over window first.
As long as you can leave tent opened it should be ok.
Do you have a exhauste fan?
You can vent out through your window,just make sure exhauste fan is big enough.

What do mean two fans? Like a ceiling fan and a stand up fan?
Are you having problems controlling temps now? With those fans?
