fridge is not the best thing for the teas. I have read that tea should be used within 6 hours. What do you mean by "concentrate my teas"?

Was hoping to avoid the fridge as well
Instead of making a gallon of tea and mixing it into 20 gallons, can i just bubble all 20 gallons?
