Do you add supplemental lights?

For soil growers you can just set the pot on some bricks to even out your canopy. In RDWC we don't have that luxury. I have started to add extra lights for my lower part of the canopy. My light meter says it's getting them much more light than without. What do you run for extra lights, under canopy, on the sides of your grow, or just say fuck it and let em buck.

I’m using Mylar film at the moment without any supplemental lighting until the spring when I can paint the walls white.

I definitely know that it's because I'm popping seeds and getting different pheno's, I'm not set up right now to keep a mother going.
