Looks like more than one issue so maybe is an intake issue causing multiple malfunctions. PH water after all feed is assembled?
Cal mag was an issue because I see red leaf stem beside a green stem so one grew without issue and one grew without enough cal mag. I can tell you do not have much time to fix problem
