Do you think Nitrogen toxicity or Overwatering ?

Hey guys,

I believe these seedlings have some sort of nitrogen toxicity or possibly Have been overwatered. Thanks for the feedback .

50% Happy Frog
50% Mother Earth 70/30

Way over watered. Let them dry and keep them in a warm environment.
