Sup, so i was wondering, is it ok to time the extractor like in my case 15 min off and 15 min on?
Or should i always leave it on extracting air from the growroom?

i'm guessing your talking about your exhaust fan? i would leave it on all the time to promote a healthy air flow and help with odor removal if you use a carbon filter. i use 1 exhaust and 1 input fan to circulate the air both ways. the only time growers will stop their fans is when they are using CO2. when running CO2 you want to time the lights on, fans off, gas on. using a timing method of your choice.
hope this helps

I do, rh sits about 45% at mo happy with that cos near harvest

I believe running it constantly especially during bloom, the exchange of air is a necessary thing as noted by @ozarkgrey, when not using C0'2. I do cycle mine on/off/on during vegging but use a different off cycle between on's. A good exchange of air, and monitoring and control of RH is something that will minimize occurrence of powdery mildew, which you don't want to have to deal with.
