Does anyone have more than one electric bill with there name on it? Is there a way to get electric set up without your name being on the bill?

yes, when you own multiple properties you receive an electric bill for each. when the accounts are in your name, you receive multiple bills, each with your name on it.

yes, when you own commercial property (or run a business on commercial property), the account is set up for your business with the business name on the bill. the electric company, in this case, asks for the business bank info and dba information.

You can give them a fake name and no social if you are wiling to put down a deposit. Just tell them you don't want to provide a social or run a credit check. My electric company in CO, Xcel, wanted a $250 deposit.
