Does Anyone Know What Causes A Sprout To Develop This Way?

sorry for the upside down image but you can clearly see the under developed leaf, it;s white and looks like it tried to fill in but just stopped, anyway to recover this sprout or should I toss it?

on a side note, my cbd plant looks nice considering i've been treating it so bad with mixing off balance nutes, watering at weird times, and random light schedule ( no timer )

yea still no clue, the stem keeps growing but the pod still wont unfold/ is still white, I think I put it under my lights way too soon :/

it looks like the membrane from inside the seed,cant quite tell from the pic.Are you using a humidity dome?If the membrane dries on there the leaf cant get out

Get rid of that helmet head. And hope for the best. Seen some crazy things happen.

currently looks like she;s trying to push through the death growth, slowly starting to fill in the white part, but still doesnt look that great, not too worried as its not my last seed, i;ll be more careful of how soon I put my sprouts under lights.

If your very careful you can maneuver the shell and film off of the cotyledon,I've done it before when it wont shed itself,I've also killed 2 or 3 seedlings so of you decide to just go very slow and be very careful.
