Looks like they're not EPA approved (probably $100,000 to get tested/approval. Or more. Bags are probably fine, just not approved. Like an illegal hooker.
The notice is pretty clear and it's pretty lame. The state has issued an order that the product is not to be sold within that state because the product doesn't meet the states labeling requirements.
There's probably something written on the package about preventing mold or something.
Yeah it seems they consider the bags a "device " that controls mold so they want it tested by the EPA. Bureaucratic bullshit, they obviously don't understand how the bags work.
