Hi I'm new to growing these in some blue cheese plants I topped about 3 days ago.. and today is now watering day. Different shades of green on leaves and little yellow/brown spots on leaves to.

Hard to say but may be the start of magnesium deficiency, what are you growing in?

My plants almost always have different shades of green, it seems to me that the younger leaves are a lighter shade. Your plant looks good
