First time grow and I wanna know why the first one is wrinkled and slightly yellow in the middle.
Is this a normal color for all of them?

Yes for the first one (not sure what it is). That happened to me but it went away after after a few days.
Yellowing in the middle is an iron deficiency so you might want to start feeding them.

Doesn’t look yellow in the center to me, just a bit lighter brighter green, which is normal for new growth.

What size pots are those? Looks like a little too large for a seedling. More seasoned growers should come along and offer good watering tips. What is your growing medium?

Its a combination of her waking up under a nice strong light and daddy staring at her all day... let her do her thing until you have a few more nodes. More new growers kill their plants with love than neglect
