Great advice and I will keep waiting. I'll be back with more pics when I think it's time to chop.Wait as long as you possibly can. And when you can't wait any longer......go get your cutter.....and wait another week. ;)
While I tend to live by this, and I think the biggest 2 mistakes people make are that they pick too early, and don't properly cure, long enough.....
At some point......it has to be when it's right for you. You might like ripe but on the earlier side, someone else might like it slightly late.
But yeah, wait more. ;)
