Doing my homework

Hello THC Farmer,
I have farm and landscape nursery experience as well as a B.S. in botany, magna cum laude with a concentration on taxonomy and systematics. I love a good growing challenge. AZ just passed prop 203 and I have been trying to figure out what it takes, financially and otherwise, to get a dispensary license and grow. I have been researching industrial properties and decided to comb through this forum to see what I can see. Any suggestions and help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
