Don't know what this is or how it happened

This is my first crop...Checked on my plants after the light came on, and found these white blotches and dead looking spots. Everything was fine 12 hours ago. Humidity has remianed below 50% and temp hasn't gotten above 79°. Light is over 12' away as well. I'm really confused, and not sure what I can do to remedy this. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like you spilled something concentrated [ strong ] on them and they are burned ?
How many spots do you have on the plant ?

Do you have good air movement around your plants? Is does kinda look like a residue
