So the DOR meeting is this Thursday and Friday. Anyone going? I have a sneaking suspicion that they are going to be doing some sneaky B.S. there. If you look at the draft of the reg's, there is no verbiage attached to chapters 3 and 18. Those have to do with popo's access to the list and instructions for local. Supposedly they are looking at having 3!! "confidential" registry lists (CDPHE, DOR, and popo). The Constitution plainly states that the "state health agency" shall maintain a "confidential" registry list. It then goes on to explain how popo can legally access the list through the "state health agency". Can the DOR now change our state's constitution with no public input or a public vote?

I called the DOR and asked about those two chapters and was told "if there is no verbiage, then it will be discussed at a later date." Then why did it warrant making the table of contents? This is total B.S. and they know it and they are gonna do it anyways.

AD, what time is the meeting on thursday? I will try and make it to DOR on thursday and CDPHE on friday. Someone needs to be a public asshole to the DOR and I'm pretty good at doing that when I know someone is in the wrong.

Access to the registry by LEO or the DOR will cause at LEAST 80% of my patients (if not all of them) to not renew their cards and go back underground which means way less money for the DOR CDPHE LEO, med price inflation, sketchy med purchases, ect.

LEO and DOR access is going to royaly fuck everything for every party involved.

O.K. they changed the format of the meeting to this; open for public comment, two minutes max, only allowed to speak once. The most mentioned thing was patient privacy, next was the cameras, then much other stuff. There was zero input from the DOR side. Ladies from CDPHE and a former DEA prosecutor both basically told DOR that they (the DOR) were the ones messing the whole thing up.

They did say that they would continue taking public comment via email and mailed in letters until February 11th.
