I am running a drain to waste grow.

Currently I am adding 1/2 cup of grow nutrient to 50 gal of water and pumping that through.

If I used an injector, what ratio do u set it at for similar feeding strength?

I am terrible at math :(

so 1/2 cup to 50 gal = 4oz to 6400oz = 1:1600 ratio.

What are you injecting that needs to be that concentrated?

Following what is supposed to be a lighter feeding I thought?

Currently in week 3 veg, feeding:

1/2 tsp per gal MICRO
1/2 tsp per gal GROW
1/4 tsp per gal BLOOM

currently using a reservoir and pump, but want to switch to injectors.

Just print out the conversion chart on the doseatrons website. It shows all the ratio/percentage, tsp/ml real simple. The new units come with ml tsp on the unit no more ratio nonsense

Truth.

You'll be able to use those nutes w/ dosers. The conversions are really basic math - I'll walk through an example.

768 tsp in a gallon, so...
1/2 tsp/gal = .5:768 (desired ratio of fertilizer to water) = 1:1536 = .06%(percentage of fertilizer to water)


I actually couldn't stop laughing when I found out dosatron made ml/gal units; can't wait until cannabis growers have their shit together to the point where we can use actual fertilizers like real growers do. It's honestly not hard at all - and it's so cheap you'll feel remorse for having bought hobby nutes for so long.

Ok, I think I am learning!

Let me ask you this, if I want .06 percent dilution rate, and my injector can only go down to .4, should I:

Mix the concentrate with roughly 7 times an amount of water, and hang my injectors draw tube in that diluted mix? 7 * .06 = .42
